Psychotherapy in Brighton and Lewes
I have been working as a counsellor and subsequently as a psychotherapist since 1991. My clients have come from all walks of life, differing lifestyles and cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
I have an MA in Core Process Psychotherapy, awarded by the Karuna Institute, and I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). 
My practice is based at Fiveways in Brighton and in central Lewes, East Sussex.
The Brighton practice is accessible from Ditchling, Hove, Portslade, Shoreham and Stanmer. The Lewes practice is reachable from Newhaven, Seaford, Uckfield, Haywards Heath, Lindfield, Plumpton,Chailey, Newick and Barcombe.
Finding a therapist you feel at ease with is an important part of the therapeutic process and in recognition of this I offer a free initial 45 minute session. This gives us the opportunity to meet and to explore what you are looking for in considering therapy.
